Besko’s Appliance

I wanted to share an interesting and very positive experience my wife and I had replacing our appliances with Besko’s in Easthampton. Our microwave and oven both died in the same week. The fridge and dishwasher are 10 years old and it was time for a full replacement. Since we only buy appliances once every decade we had little clue what the latest and greatest brands and features are. Our first trip was to the big box stores (Home Depot and Lowes). While both stores had lots of displays their appliance experts to my surprise knew very little more than I did. They could give me a price and a date they could be delivered, but when I asked anything additional they stood with me in front of a computer to reference Home Depot on-​line. That was a struggle and got frustrating. Our next call was to our local appliance store in town Besko’s Appliance. The difference was immediate and uplifting. They took the time to ask both of us questions, our preferences and our habits in the kitchen. They also took the time to explain why they would and more importantly wouldn’t recommend certain features. In the end they recommended a few different options and explained the differences. I was just as surprised by the fact they met or even beat prices from the big box stores. They helped coordinated and schedule the delivery and installation and all went as stated. The team that came to the house were very professional and took pride in their work. They took the time to ensure the floor was protected where needed and that I was fully satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for any appliances to include Besko’s. We experienced a personal touch service, great prices delivered by a team of dedicated professionals.

I was in the middle of a nightmare experience with best buy and needed something better. i never though to use a smaller store thinking that it would be too expensive. WOW was i wrong. Firstly, the service i got was perfect, from my in-​store experience to delivery of my washer/​dryer. Another win was that everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. AND, the machines I bought were $ 150 less expensive than best buy after a surprise rebate. I am converted and will never use a big box store for appliances again.
