Taco Bell

I come here quite often and never have a problem always have great service. Although I will say they do not work well under pressure. If you come at lunch rush you better get ready to have your food slapped together. I am giving them four stars because of their inconsistency when they’re under pressure, other than that I would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you need to get in and out quick.

Food is average but apparently employees are over rushed. Ordered Tacos and got 12 tacos without much stuffing.

I love Taco Bell. I know it’s not real Mexican food, but I’m a broke nursing school student and I love tacos. But why is it so hard to get an order correct? A few of my orders have been wrong, and my fellow classmates have also had issues. Here’s a recap of just one month.
Issue one (drive thru): I asked for no sour cream on a beefy five layer burrito, she repeated it back just fine, and when I got to the school, there was sour cream. I asked for fire and verde sauce, there was mild and medium…
Issue two (walked in for to-​go): I asked for a spicy chicken cool ranch Doritos taco with no sour cream. I go to dig in back at the school, and there was sour cream. And the bottom of the taco fell out since the chicken was too wet and made the bottom part of the shell soggy. Gross! I then had to scoop up the goodies with the nachos I had gotten.
Issue three: My fellow classmate brought her order back to campus and they forgot her nachos and cheese but it was on her receipt.
Issue four: A different classmate on a separate occasion ordered nachos supreme with chicken. She gets in the break room and it’s beef but she was charged for chicken.
Basically, don’t leave here until you’ve checked your order.
