I think it is unfair when pizzas are made right there for one to see it being prepared and yet some. comments are downright lies/rude when they say otherwise. Great variety of pizzas however PLEASE check your tickets as they add drinks for $ 1.99 without even asking if you want it. Good options for buffet at only $ 4:99 pasta pizzas and deserts

This place really went down the drain. Very sad because a few years back it was the best. Guess they are slowly closing

Ok. Kids will eat anything. But the pizza is on par with eills frozen pizza. Cardboard w sauce and fake cheese. Go get real pizza for the money your gonna drop w your family.

Great. Very good considering how inexpensive it is. The manager Sonia is the sweetest lady who will do absolutely anything in order to make one happy.

Worse pizza ever, but I guess you get what you pay for. Their«buffet» consist of a small array of frozen style pizza with homeless shelter type atmosphere. Their«pasta buffet» is a joke, some soggy pasta and either marinera or a lumpy weird white sauce. Worse fifteen dollars ever spent, just go to a regular pizzeria and order a pie of REAL pizza.

I used to be a fan of this place. Ate her once a month with the kids. Now I come in and there’s new owners who feel they can change the policies that everyone is used to. Before you could order a couple slices of a pie and the rest would go on the bar where it would get eaten so no waste. Now if you order, you get a personal pie. Before my little guy would be able to have his half a bowl of pasta from my wife if we bought him a drink. Now it seems the place will go broke over $ 4 so much so that the female owner(whose voice goes right through you) will hover and stare you down to make sure you aren’t sharing. Forget this place! Move on before it gets worse because it will.

Dining date April 17, 2014 for dinner. The pizza id’s actually pretty good all things considered. The price is great. The place it’s clean. The people are friendly. Great place to bring kids for their favorite food.

The worst pizza I ever ate sorry to say Dominos is like steak compared to cicis. The staff is very friendly and the soda and deserts are good but what do you expect for seven bucks. STAYAWAY

The positive: The customer service is superb. The owners and employees are extremely friendly and welcoming. Will make anything upon request and check up on you even though its a buffet. Clean! The place is spotless. The employees keep up with making sure everything is clean and presentable. I mean for a buffet, how they keep it this clean is beyond my knowledge. The negative: The only thing I can say is the food is typical buffet style pizza, pasta, salad. You can’t expect it to be more than that though. You’d get the same quality at a pizza hut. Also… You can’t beat the price of this place.

The pizza is fresh. They make any kind you want. The value is excellent but don’t expect artisan type quality for what you pay for. The red sauce is too acidic. The desserts were all excellent. The hot«monkey bread» is delicious. I like the BBQ, cheesesteak, and taco. The Mac and cheese is bland.

This place is only good if you haven’t eaten all day and only have 8 bucks on you. The pizza is on par with frozen pizzas you make at home at best. The overly friendly staff can get on your nerves also. Same on the desserts. Only go if you want to eat an embarrassing amount of garbage for a few bucks. Good spot for teens for a cheap date.

A+ for customer service but probably somewhere between a D and an F for food quality. It’s hard for me to see people actually going here and liking the pizza for the taste or the flavor. Clearly if you are going here it’s all about quantity over quality and about how much you can shovel down your throat before you need to be forklifted to your car. Yes it’s true that you do indeed get the«Hi Welcome to Cici’s» practically yelled at you when you walk in and the«Bye Thanks for Coming» when you leave along with usually a visit or two from a supervisor type to ask if you need anything or if there is a flavor of pizza that you want more of that’s currently not on the buffet. But the while it is only $ 5.49 plus $ 1.69 for a drink per adult, join their club for a coupon or watch the Morning Call for the occasional coupon, the cardboard texture of the pizza or the nasty sauce on the spiral pasta they serve at times borders on inedible. Dessert is not much better. The brownies have the consistency of dirt and they are about as moist as dirt as well. The apple pizza is alright but is almost too sticky, gooey, and just blaaah. If you gotta go, bring your coupons and know that while the staff is nice this stuff is far from flavorful or at times edible.
