Design Floors

I have used Design Floors exclusively for flooring for over 15 years, while I typically comparison shop before I make major purchases, I have come to trust Henry so much to give me the he best information and a fair price, that I no longer need to compare. Years ago when I was having difficulty finding the right color for a hardwood floor, Henry offered to do a search at a floor show he was attending in Las Vegas. He returned from the floor show with the perfect floor for me! Just this week I stopped in the store to ask Henry some questions about flooring I am shopping for to use in a vacation home far from here… Henry was only too willing to give me as much time as I needed to provide helpful information. I highly recommend this business!

We visited probably 5 or 6 carpet stores when picking our carpet for our new home. This was 1 of the 2 that we had do a formal estimate, so that speaks pretty highly right there.
The building isn’t much to look at, but the showroom has lots of good selection, and the owner, Henry, is super personable. He’s not one to upsell you — he wants to make sure you pick out what you really want & need. His estimate was quick & was reasonable, but we ended up choosing another company because of a special promotional financing/​free pad option through another Shaw distributor (had it not been for that special, he would have been cheaper).
If you want good, local, friendly service, go see Henry. He runs a good business — no doubt why he’s been around so long!
