Forks Furniture and Mattress

We went to Forks Furniture, also known as Forks Carolina Furniture the night before Christmas Eve for a last minute mattress purchase for our guest room. We were purchasing something that would be slept on for maybe 10 nights a year so we bought the cheapest mattress in the store. Oops big mistake. Well Carolina Furniture did deliver it Christmas Eve morning as promised. The gentlemen and his adorable teenage son Tyler were so nice and polite. Only problem was our guests who arrived Christmas day and slept in the guest room were on my couch the next morning. The matttress was a disaster. The receipt clearly says all sales final and I’ve had previous experience with discount furniture stores and it was never pleasant. So I took my chances and drove over to the store. The same gentlemen who sold me the mattress was there and when I told him my problem, he couldn’t have been more willing to do whatever was needed to make us happy!!! He offered to allow us to upgrade to another mattress, or give us a store credit. AND his delivery guy and sweet Tyler would pick up the one we did’nt want and deliver the upgrade the very next morning. So we did get the upgraded mattress, only spent an additional $ 100.00 and my guests had a great nights sleep! This company is not what you are used to when dealing with discount furniture stores.
