Green Pond Nursery

Great prices, great service and very friendly family business.
We have used them for landscaping projects and large mulch deliveries.

Friendly people always willing to help, very busy at times, just be patient, prices are reasonable.

I have been disappointed in the customer service here many times. I guess they figure they don’t have to be nice to the customer since they are the only ones around who sell loose mulch. One day I went in for 2 yards of mulch with my landscape trailer and was rudely questioned by the customer service rep if I had someway to transport it! Did she think I’d ask her to put it in the trunk of my car? Today I went in with a picture and asked if the person knew what kind of bush it was. She smugly said, I have no idea! Never offered to find out for me! When I asked if anyone else could tell me she said the only one who would know comes in next week! We stopped at a nursery a few miles away and they informed me it’s a spiraea, that’s a pretty basic bush! It’s a sad fact that I’ll have to buy my mulch there and will just be ready for poor customer service!
