I like the doctors in the office. They seem very concerned. I have been a patient for the past 5 years. Every time I make an appt. or talk on the phone with the skinny receptionist she is very unfriendly and short with your requests for an appt. I also find this office is very expensive. I switch to this office do to accepting my insurance but I am still paying a lot out of pocket over what I would pay at another office.

I just switched to this office — I had been seeing Dr. Rosati at Bethlehem Eye for years when i didn’t have vision insurance and just paid out of pocket — I found this office randomly through my insurance provider’s website.
I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule about 3 weeks out. New patient paperwork was available online to streamline my check in. I saw Dr. Bartholomew. She was very friendly & thorough. When she found something that was just a little off, she was very reassuring that it was probably nothing but did encourage me to make an appointment with a specialist (and her office offered to make the appointment on my behalf). They have the latest equipment available and use it well. I choose to have the standard dilation instead of the retinal mapping (wasn’t covered by my vision plan), but it’s definitely a great option to avoid being in sunglasses for hours :)
Very, very impressed! I’m glad that my luck of the draw worked out so well.
