Mueller’s Country Store

This place used to be a lot more welcoming. I visited twice since ownership changed. The first time, the woman behind the counter was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her when I simply approached the counter to pay for my items. The second time I visited the store was to buy a lottery ticket. I wanted to pick my own numbers but she was in such a hurry to get me out so she could continue her conversation that she just auto picked the numbers. When I told her I didn’t want auto pick she said nothing and handed me a receipt. I HIGHLY suggestion the new owners teach their employees some lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
On another note, their prices are insane. $ 6.75 for a gallon of ice cream?!? Unless I have an emergency of some sort, I will not be going back there for anything! I would rather drive a little further and give my business to people would appreciate it.

I’m an American. My political views are my own. I wish Muellers would keep their political views to themselves… or are they even aware of the Un — American garbage being spewed by the free «Our Town» rag they keep out in their vestibule. My stomach turns every time I read (about every 6 months or so) this radical, government bashing, racist piece of trash. The latest diatribe entitled Memorial Day: Did They Die in Vain? was too much.
This guy rants and raves and hate mongers.
Apparently there are new owners of Muellers. PLEASE take this radical political rant out of your store. It’s offensive, racist, hate-​mongering at its worst. What does this have to do with selling bait, sodas, milk and cold cuts?

2 places in one. Family dining and General Store. The general store is a place locals stop for their newspaper, smokes, milk etc. I would swear that 1 out of 10 cars passing this place stops there for something. They have prepared dinners «to go» inside the general store which are great last minute food. Typical American diner type of foods. This place is open very early. If you are in the area, good place to stop for daily essentials.
