Daniel is wonderful. He really understands the physiology and is excellent. This is the best deep tissue, myofasciAl release massage I have ever had. As an athlete i am always experiencing some sort of discomfort or pain. Daniel really spent time to help me change my posture and even my workouts to improve overall wellness. I will be back. Kelly is absolutely wonderful. She knows how to renegade muscles and get them working properly. If you have real issues and need someone to address them she is the person. I always feel so re energized when I have a session. It’s so great that I now live in SC and schedule her whenever I am in town.

I came to Kelly with a multitude of issues and over time, they all were diminished. I find it amazing that Kelly keeps up her education of new things in Massage Therapy and applies them to her clients who could benefit! She makes you feel at ease and works with you to get the most out of your session! I always feel rejuvenated when I leave from my appointment with her and make sure my next appointment is booked!
I have tried 2 other massage therapists over the last 3 years and I have found Kelly to be the best of all.

I was incredibly pleased by my massage from Kelly. I have been to many therapists, and Kelly is right up there with the best of them… She has an energy that is warm and refreshing. She is passionate about her work, and holds herself to the highest standards. Her massage is ideal for deep tissue or therapeutics, which is perfect, for all my aches and pains, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Plus her knowledge of herbs and supplements, as well as Reiki and essential oils, compliments her passion as body worker. Whenever I am able to get a massage from Kelly, it is a treat I look forward to! Enjoy!

Really enjoyed my experience with Kelly. Im dealing with a lot of neck/​shoulders upper muscle tightness. Kelly knows the secrets on how to relieve you from that pain and make you feel better. I still need a few more sessions to get to 100% but i totally recommend this business especially that its local as well. Enjoy everyone!

Roots of Vitality is amazing! I woke up this morning with terrible lower back pain, I went to my chiropractor to get adjusted with little relief. My pain level was an 8 on a scale of 1 – 10. After a 1 hour massage with Kelly my pain was down to a 1. She knew how to find the problem area & work it out. I am so thankful for her healing hands! Many many thanks!
