Ship and Print Place

OVER PRICED SHIPPING … recommend that you compare before shipping. PT Barnum would luv this operation. I arrived yesterday to ship a return purchase (a small area rug) in the the same identical packaging sent me via UPS for $ 12. When I asked to have it shipped via UPS Standard Ground, the owner said it would be cheaper to send FedEx. OK! Then she said it needed to be repackaged. I asked why? She said that the carrier would not accept it or insure it, or she would have to charge more. What? I again asked twice to explain why, since it was in the original packaging, and never received an straight answer that made sense. Then another customer walked in and asked to speak with the owner, and was told «she was busy», So the customer asked the clerk why she was charged $ 30 to send a package to CO, when it was sent her for $ 10. He had no answer. Then the owner told me that my shipment and repacking would cost $ 27. I asked why so much, her only reply was «Missouri is far away.» Are you kidding me? Think people are stupid? When I asked for my rug back she had a snit, followed by «I don’t appreciate this!» The other customer there said she didn’t «appreciate being ripped off» and she walked out. I left too, took my package to a local office supply store who then shipped it UPS for $ 16. As I said, PT Barnum would luv this place!
