I will start with positive feedback first. 4th floor nursing staff are terrific, especially nurse Danielle. Hospital is beautiful and very clean. Rooms are like hotel suites. Doctors are very helpful. However, nurses surpass doctors always when it comes to bedside manner. Ok, now for the negative. Emergency room, a nurse(forgot her name) I think I purposely forgot because I wanted to smack her. She stuck my husband with a needle so many times to get IV started that his bed was filled with blood. Then a nurse(Stacy) came in and said and I quote«why don’t u try STICKING him on the other side ». I said to her if anyone said that to me I’d run, she said«oh that’s just nurse talk». I found her very unprofessional with that comment. You don’t use«nurse lingo«in front of patients. Then she starts saying how my husband looks like Ray Liotta, my husband looks nothing like him. I just found both her and the bloody butcher nurse very unprofessional. All in all I thank St Luke’s for their help.

Very nice, clean and new facility. The staffs, especially at the cancer center are very nice and friendly. They even have complimentary coffee and tea. The area round the hospital, cancer center and medical building is very picturesque and peaceful which I think would be conducive to healing and recovery. I really enjoy the walk way around the pond. It seems that they also have a natural trail but I have not yet ventured out to explore that. The laboratory department doesn’t seem very efficient though. You have to take the paper order with you and present to the receptionist. Wonder when then will have electronic orders.

This St Luke’s campus is by far the best. It’s clean, staff is friendly, cafeteria is cheap and there’s plenty of parking.
