I was at Tracy’s about 3 years ago and had a terrible experience with service. Was in the area recently and decided to give it another try but again was terribly disappointed. I can’t believe this place is still in business. The staff is so rude and the food is just ok. They really need to all go to charm school. In this day and age with so many choices why would I return to a place that is not friendly?

Poor service(trashy) and sub-par food. I give it a 0 for atmosphere. They don’t even try to make it nice in there. This COULD be a great place with a little effort.

let’s start with five stars, innocent until proven guilty. Minus 1 for cash only, try using square or any number of alternatives to expensive credit card fees. Minus 1 for waiting 10 minutes for a menu Minus 1 for asking me to hurry up with my order when I’ve had the menu for 30s because you are about to take an order for a table of six and it will increase my wait by twenty minutes Minus 1 for still waiting 25 minutes for my omlet even though I rushed my answer without looking at the whole menu The omlet was good, plus one.

Good, honest breakfast foods. I especially love the Sausage & the hash browns. The staff is warm & friendly. Definitely several cuts above diner breakfasts, but not fancy brunch vibe either(which is a good thing in. my book). I would DEFINITELY recommend.

Decent coffee in a large, manly mug! That may get 5 stars alone :) I ordered a Pork Roll Egg and cheese on a kaiser with a side of home fries(someone here on Unilocal recommended the home fries). The home fries are very good. The Kaiser was not a real hard kaiser, but rather one you buy in a multi pack, along side the white bread at your local grocery store. My wife’s croissant sandwich was good. Excellent service. Even the other customers top off your coffee mug for you. I was torn between 3 or 4 stars… I will be generous and give them 4, because they are very kind and personable.

One of the things that annoys me the most are long-term, high volume businesses that don’t accept credit cards. The wait staff at Tracy’s is so busy talking with the regulars that you can wait a loooong time to be served, The last time we ate there, my veggie omelet was full of still-frozen veggies. I couldn’t get the server to come to our table, so I didn’t eat the omelet. For some reason, she credited me for a cup of coffee. Not worth it, with so many good restaurants in the area.

Tracy’s is a neat little Café tucked into a house in the College Hill section of Easton. There is street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, we didn’t have trouble finding a spot. Tracy’s is open for breakfast and lunch and they seem to have a traditional menu along with some daily additions in the form of specials. The environment is nothing special but the care that the owners took while we were inside was very nice and refreshing. We stopped in early on a Saturday morning and were able to easily find a seat comfortable. First, I have to say that the coffee was fantastic and it comes in a giant mug rather than the small two sip variety that you see many places. Overall the breakfast was well prepared. We enjoyed a veggie omelette and two eggs over easy with bacon. The service was very attentive, the food was well prepared, and it made for a very enjoyable breakfast. However, I do have to day that the breakfast potatoes were the star of the meal. Personally, I like my hash browns, breakfast potatoes, or whatever to be well cooked rather than mushy. Tracy’s has the best breakfast potatoes that I have had in a while anywhere in the Lehigh Valley. Most of the breakfast spots in the Valley struggle to make anything beyond a mushy white slab. These were very tasty, crisp, and something like you would make at home.

This was the hidden gem my sister and I were looking for heading home Sunday morning after our weekend in Allentown. Felt like I’d stopped by a friend’s house for good food and smiles. Food was great! Darling place!

Went here for breakfast for the first time. This is a small pretty plain restaurant. When you walk in there is nothing that really grabs you. The place has tables, chairs, and a counter-no frills. The restaurant was very clean and pretty bright. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The food here was definitely a step up above diner breakfast. I ordered a waffle, bacon, and toast. Bacon was cooked perfectly and the toast was pretty much perfect. My waffle came out wqith powdered sugar and was pre-buttered(melted) which was very much welcome. When I took my first bite of the waffle I tasted something familiar, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. It was an excellent waffle but I couldn’t figure it out, and then it hit me. The waffle had a «funnel cake» taste to it. This was definitely the best waffle I have had outside the home in a long time. Price was the place is average. Its not dirt cheap, but it isn’t real spendy either. It was about $ 19 for the wife and myself which is reasonable for breakfast and comparable to a diner or a chain. I would easily recommend this place to friends. One caveat, they only accept cash-no credit cards.
