I can’t stand this Wendy’s. They always mess up my order. Like WHY AM I PAYING EXTRA FOR EXTRA STUFF TO ONLY GET IT WITHOUT IT. Tonight I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and when I got home, it was just bread and chicken. No mayonnaise, tomato, or lettuce. And I also ordered a loaded baked potato. Without the chile. Opened it and of course, there was just the potato, cheese, and chives. No bacon or broccoli.
When I called the manager to let her know of my complaint, she honestly sounded like she didn’t care.
At least last time, the manager then offered to take my name, so I could get another for free.
This place rips me off all the time. I’m paying for extra stuff but I never get it.

Sit-in service unlike any other fast food place. It was busy but service was fast. A young lady kept wiping the tables and making sure that the place was clean. Another man walked around asking everyone how their meal was!

5 stars because there is a traffic light at the exit (no additional stress!)
–1 star because the setup of the parking lot is so annoying and because this location is desperately in need of remodel (the one on Oak St in Brockton is BRAND NEW and only 10 minutes from here, so I’ll probably go there next time)
But overall, good food and quick service.

Ya it’s Wendy’s…they’re all the same as far as I’m concerned and this location is no different. I don’t eat here often, but sometimes the taste buds call for an old fashioned fast food burger. I’ve always liked the spicy chicken sandwich but I’m picky with my chicken and need it cooked well-done so I have to remember to ask. The fries are good and so are the chicken nugget strip type things but dunno if they still have those?

The most professional staff and manager i have seen in ANY restaurant! They were efficient, organized, friendly, and went above and beyond for a customer with physical limitations. My husband and I were beyond impressed with everyone and the cleanliness of the place.

Best Wendy’s out there, I have been going here for 10 years and this is by far the best fast food place ever. They can have a line out to the street in the drive thru and you will still be through in no time. The food is always fresh and hot. I really don’t know how they do it so consistently. My order has never once been wrong.

It’s a Wendy’s. You get some of the best fast-food burgers available. Unfortunately, this location has the second worse service of any fast-food joint I’ve been to in the area (second only to a different Wendy’s down the road). The drive-through is slow and barely functional, often requiring you to pull over to the side and wait for food. Special orders are often wrong, and the staff always seems rushed and dismissive.
If you want Wendy’s food, this is a Wendy’s, so they’ll have it. Just be prepared to be very frustrated by the service, and hope you don’t have any special requests.
