The customer service with this company is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wish I would have read the Unilocal reviews before placing my order, as I would have never attempted to work with them.
1) The assistant serves as a shield to the management. She can’t offer or process refunds and won’t allow the management to speak to their customers.
2) No calls were ever returned and I had to initiate all requests for customer service and refunds.
3) Although the refund was made for the item which didn’t show up (it was supposedly back ordered for weeks and then discontinued), they served no service or refund for the experience. 4) This item was a gift in which the portion that did show up was over a week late.
In summary, I’m appalled that a company with such low standards of response and service are even in business.

The refund was resolved today and posted to my card.
A great effort was required, but they did process the refund and must be given credit for that.
Be polite. Be persistant!
Be very careful what you order so you don’t have to go through the extra work required to get a refund.

Couldn’t agree more with the two previous reviews. This company does not care about their customers. I tried to get some warranty service for a broken Screwpull. First they said ship it, then I heard nothing. When I checked back, they said the CS representative was no longer there and that they couldn’t find me in their system. I had forwarded the complete e-​mail string, but they wouldn’t do anything about it. I couldn’t even get my broken screwpull back. This place sucks.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered a set of Ravenscroft glasses to be engraved and delivered as a gift. They arrived to the recipients after taking the longer amount of time, supposedly to be engraved, and then we found out from our friends that they had not been engraved. When I called the company to find out how they were going to remedy this situation, their answer was to refund the engraving fee. That’s it. No apology, no shipping out a correctly engraved set of glasses, just the refunding of the engraving fee. So we ended up gifting a set of plain glasses that I could’ve gotten at a much better price elsewhere. I should’ve read the Unilocal reviews before ordering, but must admit I’m not accustomed to Unilocal reviews of online merchants. Lesson learned. Bottom line: if you need something done right, don’t rely on
. It’s not worth the hassle. Terrible company that doesn’t stand behind its products or service.

I ordered a set of Ravenscroft glasses and I received what I thought were the wrong glasses. Actually it turns out they were they glasses I ordered. I want to thank Winestuff for taking tem back and all I had to do was pay a small shipping charge to exchange them.

I really hate to add to their bad reviews, it appears others are experiencing problems as well. Perhaps they are overwhelmed I thought. They could learn from their customers.- They need some help on how to appropriately handle customer complaints. Sometimes its easier to give away a small shipping fee than going on the defense when a customer calls.
I ordered from them online on Dec 18^th and my gifts never arrived. Today I learned they somehow gave UPS the wrong zip code when they sent it out originally. Of course they didn’t contact me about it being shipped back to them so I had to call and have the item reshipped with added shipping costs again. I had to fight them to take off the shipping cost and prove to them they sent the wrong zip code to UPS. And get this, they advertise free shipping on orders over $ 25.00, um I spent close to $ 250. Just take responsibility for your own actions.
The manager or someone representing WineStuff called after I wrote this review to ask if I could take it down and to give me my new UPS number. I was considering it, but I felt his defensiveness and gruffness was unjust for someone who was trying to apologize.
Simple way I have always thought about it was, treat your customer like your grandma walked in the room. :)”
