This has got to be the worst dentist in the area. He’s rude and pushy… Terrible bedside manner. The receptionists are nice enough, but I did have one negative incident with one of them being very insensitive and a little rude. But back to the dentist. This guy comes in for fill-​ins and sees I’m uncomfortable but shows ZERO concern for it… Coerces me into completing a procedure the same day (because he’s only concerned about the money) despite the fact that I’m telling him I have something important to do that evening and the next morning and can’t afford to deal with pain during these two events. He shows no regard for that and was very very rude about it. Then I had to cancel my next appointment. I called in advance. The receptionist asked if I would like to reschedule. I informed her that I would call and reschedule the appointment when I had the time. Two weeks later, I get a phone call from a snippy receptionist asking am I going to bother showing up for my dentist appointment! WHAT? I didn’t even call back to reschedule! What are you talking about? Then a week after that they call about the balance for my last fill-​in (over and over and over again.) I give them my CC info over the phone tell them to charge it and leave me alone. Now, here it is several months later and I’m getting a bill in the mail… A bill for services rendered for the second fill-​in and missed appointment… IF I MISSED THE APPOINTMENT (THAT I DIDN’T SCHEDULE IN THE FIRST PLACE) HOW ARE YOU BILLING ME FOR THE FILL-​IN?
To top it all off, then they had a COLLECTIONS AGENCY call me about «a serious legal matter» to collect on the unpaid bill! WTH?
STAY AWAY… THIS GUY IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!
