I love this store. Everything in it is awesome and way cheaper. Also my magnetic strip did not work either and the cashier put a piece of paper over it and it scanned perfectly. Also the nice lady/​cashier gave me a coupon to use that saved me another $ 20 bucks. This is my new favorite store for absolutely everything. Love, love, love this big lots

If I could rate no stars I would! Manager is rude as heck what ever happend to customer service! If you go to use your credit card or bridge card make sure it scans because they cannot enter it in manually had a 400 dollar order and refuzed to contact customer support on the back if my card. I informed the cashier prior to ringing my card that you have to enter it manually because the magnetic strip won’t scan. She said oh that’s fine… well it wasn’t. And with a line of 6 people behind me getting mad at me because I had to take things of my orders so I could afford it paying cash! and a manager that says that’s not her problem its my problem. Well isn’t that nice out of all the money I spent at that place that’s how I get treated I will be calling corporate I’m glad they’re sites like this so people don’t make the mistake of going to a place like this like I did.
