Poor service and a cannoli that tasted just as bad, I’ll go out of my way next time for a freshly filled cannoli at Bommeritos not one that’s been sitting in a display case all day.

Best casata cake– EVER!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! This BAKERY is by far the worst I have ever been to!!! EVER! I recently ordered a cake and got the worst service and product. I was initally so excited about the cake went out of my way to go there based on a few reviews and a woman who highly recommend it. Boy was I surprised!!! When I went to pick up the cake, the girl who brought it from the back set it on the counter and I noticed the black was charcol gray NOT what I ordered one of the edible images was turned upside down and there were crumbsall around in the corner of the cake!!! I asked about the crumbs and she told me it was from the bread and the cooler where I guess my cake was sitting uncovered!!! There is no excuse for this, then the big 30 on the cake did not say 30^th birthday it read happy 30 birthday!!! WHAT!!! I was so upset the writing was written so sloppy and in all capital letters, I felt so ripped off and didn’t even have time to have a new one made, they never offered to fix it and when I called to complain the woman listened and then asked if I was done yet and that she was tired of listening to my bullshit! I am so upset with this place SERIOUSLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Go somewhere where there is quality. I honestly think the pictures of the work they CLAIM to have done are google images, stolen and put on an ipad! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

I have been going to this bakery since I was a kid. My grandma lived across the street and we would walk there for bread and cookies. I even had them do my wedding cakes (cassata cake). This is the only bakery I go to! If you go there, you won’t be disappointed!

OMG! (oh my giuseppe). This is a crime – I can’t believe this place isn’t reviewed yet. I don’t even like sweets (I’d rather eat a bag of chips than have a cupcake) but the cannolis here are to die for. In fact I think I am already dead and just wandering around in the blissful afterlife. And if you like cake they put that delectable filling in a dessert called casata cake.
They also have great bread. Every Sunday is a treat because that’s when we visit the mother in law and load up on sweet treats and bread. A great reason to head over to the east side.
