Nails Palace

I’ve been going here for about 12 years, the service is somewhat friendly, it’s usually crowded, the smell of chemicals is strong, but I’m always satisfied with their service. I usually only get pedicures and my eyebrows waxed. They always do a good job with the exception of the polish, they never quite get it to the edges on every nail, despite who does it. I’ve been to other places but this one is always busy because they are good. I’ve had eyelashes done here and was very happy with them, however after several months of doing this my real ones were sparse and it took about 2 years for them to get right again. I just tried a place locally and wasn’t happy and I’m willing to drive 8 miles to go to this location. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it’s always inanely busy when I go despite the large staff they have to accommodate. It’s hard for them to keep up so avoid weekends, but other than that I love this place.

I have been going here for about 6 months and decided to get a soak off so my nails could breath. Plus it was time a new full set. Once my nails were off I realized I had nail fungus growing on my real nails. Talk about pissed! After research I learned nail fungus grows due using equipment that is unsanatized and nail lifting then resealing the nail. I was then forced to go to Sally’s and purchase $ 30 worth of products to help me with the fungus. I will never be back again.
