I love Wingstop — Eastpointe. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and comfortable. I like the retro style Coke Cola soft drink machine with touch screen display to make pop choice. The sign visibility of the location is poor. I heard about Wingstop from Fox2Detroit morning show. Many customers like myself in lne first heard about Wingstop through the Fox2 segment. We asked, how long have you been here? we frequent this shopping strip on a weekly basis? Surprised to find out they’ve been there for one year. Happy to know they give back to the community through Scholarship Program, donating school supplies to students. Lastly, the wings were great, the sweet rolls were fresh, and the dip tasted homemade.

I’m a fan of Wing Stop in general. Do I think it’s a little overpriced… yeah. Do I keep returning… yeah. This was my first time at this location. It’s carryout only. I didn’t order pop so I can’t co-sign the other review but I would have given one star if the machine was empty. What a let down right? My rolls which are normally delicious where not the freshest. Still good just starting to get firm around the edges. Also no top for the fries in the carryout bag so they got cold on the way home. The place looked clean and the guy at the register was polite and friendly. I’d return to this location.

If you’re looking for some cheap eats, this is pretty good. The staff is always very nice but the pop machine seems to be empty almost every time I’ve been in there(at least for the no/low calorie drinks). The management should learn to staff the lunch hours with more people(I think one person comes in around noon but they don’t seem to be on time most of the time it seems like…) because almost every time I’ve been in there they only have a single person working; that’s right, one person to take orders, cook, clean, restock, and refill the pop machine(which is probably why it’s always empty when I get there around 11:30am… The food itself is just ok, it’s nothing great. I’d much rather have Buffalo Wild Wings or Buffalo Wings and Rings, but it’s close by work and I think on Tuesday’s they have the 50 cent boneless wing special.

Located in the East Brooke Commons shopping center at 9mile & Gratiot. Clean, nice interior w/big screen T.V.(a little small but seems like they do mostly carry-out), customer service above par and the employees friendly/courteous/professional even when things got a little hairy during a mini-rush. The wings, IDK … little small for my liking(seems to be an industry-wide issue) but they didn’t seem overpriced/undervalue and they were tasty. Choice of sauces was good, mango habanero, Louisiana rub, hickory smoked bbq, garlic parmesan, teriyaki & more … they got all the bases covered, :). Was disappointed sides of the bourbon baked beans were not available, maybe next time, shoulda’ tried the rolls but upped my wing order instead. Didn’t appreciate the fact a kid was allowed to walk through the place soliciting customers to buy candy bars(even a customer at the register placing an order), but it seems to be a more common occurrence lately in a few of the local eatery’s and definitely has a negative impact on whether I’ll patronize a place or not.
