Anchorage Inn

Fab. Just beautiful my only complaint is that I like a king bed but I knew that it was a queen so that’s my fault really. I could not pass up the price for this piece of heaven. Gorgeous property right above the water, lovely reception from Lily, and views! Owners are sweet too and did check on us once during the stay. Deer and birds and seals all right here. Sweet clean room with a gas fire and music. No TV, but excellent phone reception and wi-​fi is a little slow but works to stream a movie. Hot tub is down the hill by the water, robes provided as well as «privacy» lights and open ²⁴⁄₇. No kids. Yay! We used the bbq and could have cooked but so close to Eastsound we chose just to grill lunch and go out for breakfast/​dinners. Large shower could use some duckies for traction but has a seat. Very nice! Oh the basket with fresh from right here pears, and apples and bananas and oranges and candy and cookies so nice! ;)

Super cute little 4-​room bed and breakfast run by a couple. If you want to get away from the standard hotels/​inns, give this place a try. They make breakfast the night before and throw it in your fridge for morning eats on your own timing. The food is delish!
Very quaint and private. They have a hot tub that overlooks East Sound. There is also a footpath to a private small beach.
Like I said, very cute, friendly service. Give it a try.
