Trip of a Lifetime!!! Wow. That was amazing. We had looked around at other companies but I’m so glad we went with Captain Dave and Emerald Isle. It wasn’t until we got here that we saw that this is one of the prettiest (and largest) boats on the island! Multiple bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, gorgeous teak wood and lovely open sitting area inside as well as a huge deck area. I think yacht is really more appropriate. Captain Dave is a naturalist and full of knowledge about the area, the history, the tribes and their rituals, it was really fascinating! Katy is a gourmet cook and is always making something amazing. I just can’t say enough. Multi day trip is the way to go. Sleeping on the ocean in a comfy bed in a yacht, waking up to eagles and the sun on the water, killer whale pods and their spray, my God. Absolute heaven. We’re definitely coming back next year! We want the whole boat, Dave! Thanks so much.

We splurged this summer and took our family of 5 on an unforgettable sailing trip around the San Juan Islands. It was the best trip of our lives. Dave and Katy were so accommodating and patient and are just plain good people. Thank you Dave for a great summer trip — we are hoping to book another summer trip with you soon!
