Of course it was the hottest day of the year when my A/​C stopped working. I called every A/​C service company that I could find. Everyone said that they couldn’t get to me until tomorrow or sometime the next week. Well I saw the good reviews on Unilocal on this company and decided to give them a try. When I called the company the phone was picked up by the nicest receptionists that I have ever had the pleasure to talk to you. I told her my issues and she assured me she would have someone come to my house THE SAME DAY. She called me a few hours later to confirm that the technician was on his way to my house. He arrived the time they said he would. The technician serviced my system and got it working quickly. He didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary services. The prices were fair and reasonable. I was absolutely pleased by my experience with this company. Definitely someone I will use in the future if something else goes wrong.

This is a great company. The lady who answered the phone was polite and uplifting. It is hard to find a «receptionist» who understands the business, but this one does. The technician that was sent out to the house arrived within half an hour of when I had made the call. He was very professional and at the same time personable. I had no problems trusting him in our house, He didn’t even mind our dog (who scares most repairmen away because of his breed). The service was very fast and of a very good quality. The prices are reasonable and fair and they worked with us to get a price that we could afford. I would recommend American Independent to anyone that I know. They were amazing!
