While we like the product that Lilywillow provided to us, the process of getting our products was unprofessional and stressful. Not only were the products late, but we received absolutely no reasonable explanation for the delayed products. We had to track Blake down to get an insufficient explanation, and even then she never followed-up and did not improve her communication with us. Not only were the products late, but they were shipped on different days than we were told. This happened with both the Save-the-Dates and the wedding invitation suite. As a result, our Save the Dates and our invites went out two weeks later than we had discussed. She took full-payment and we did not hear from her for three weeks after that. We continually called and emailed her to try to nail down details and only when someone called her from an unknown number did she pick-up the phone, seemingly unsuspecting that it was from us. Apparently she has two assistants, but we never heard from them either during this time. There were even horrific mistakes-one of our invites was printed on recycled paper with printing on the back. A mistake like that should never have happened. In a good-faith effort, she did offer to provide some of our products at no-charge, and while we greatly appreciated the gesture, even this was handled poorly. We were horribly disappointed by the way we were treated. It was unprofessional and we cannot believe that they run a business in this manner. We would never recommend Lilywillow Paper & Press to anyone.
