Men’s suit alterations… go elsewhere! Purchased a nice men’s suit for my son’s wedding. They couldn’t get a simple sleeve alteration correct. One sleeve noticeably shorter than the other! While it took more than one call to get someone to help me… they did refund my alteration charges. However now I’m stuck taking it to another tailor to get it corected. Lesson learned for me… pay my local tailor with a long reputation of doing good work rather than a corporation that likely uses some sweatshop to do theirs! They aren’t providing you any real convenience!

Ordered a rug online they delivered the rug to my house. When I called to see if it was going to be delivered by thanksgiving they assured me it was. After a few days checking to see if the rug was going to be delivered they informed me that it was scheduled for delivery by nov 30. So I cancelled the order & it was delivered… Now trying to get them to pick it up the rug for return & nobody at customer service knows what’s going. I keep getting the run around… The worst support I have ever encountered…

So Unilocal finally made the changes to the address that I submitted! Glad they finally did the right thing! I am first to review right now but I count count on staying that way. I am doing Unilocal work for them!
