Just switched over to Sprint and I love it. I was sick of verizon and all their charges the staff was helpful and the manager John found me a plan to fit my needs and saved me money. Very happy I made the switch! I’ll be sure to send friends and family to his location. I was skeptical at first with the service change and coverage but it’s way better then I thought! Thank you to John and his team for making me a believer in sprint.

This would go straight to the negatives if Unilocal would allow it. Jamie, the«knowledgeable» staff member at the Route 36 store is absolutely and totally responsible for this rating. I went to him with phone trouble — the phone wouldn’t take charge anymore and he said that if the interior charging piece was loose, they’d fix it for free on the spot. If it came off the motherboard, I’d have to go through insurance. He came back with my phone, and sure enough, he told me to go through insurance. I did. I paid $ 100 for the insurance company to send me a refurb phone. While waiting for the phone to get to me, my friend told me to take it to another Sprint store to get it checked out. His logic was since Jamie had never showed me the damage — could I really trust that it was broken? I took the phone to another Sprint store in New York and didn’t tell them that I had the phone looked at or that I went to insurance. I just told them that my phone wouldn’t take charge. They said there was no damage to the phone and that when they opened it up all the pieces were connected properly — the word he actually used was ‘sturdy’. They ordered me a new phone on the spot, free of charge. I then had to go back and forth between Sprint and Asurion to try and get my money back. Not as easy as you think when Asurion has an iron-clad no return policy. Three hours later, I had them processing a request for a refund. I’m currently in the middle of having this guy having his ass handed to him. Do yourself a favor, find another Sprint store.

Tried to get my phone fixed at the Holmdel Sprint store twice, and they couldn’t do it. Took it to this Sprint, and they got everything fixed in an hour. Great, knowledgeable staff, explained to me what caused the problem with my phone and gave advice on how to avoid the same problem again. Usually pretty busy, but they have enough staff there that waits aren’t too long.
