Asher Lasting Exteriors

I had a horrible experience last year getting windows and doors installed. Project that was supposed to start right after 4^th of July (2014) got delayed for more than a month. Windows and doors ordered in April! The job didn’t get done until November. Around the first of the year (2015) an octagon window cracked all the way across on the outside layer of glass. I called the next day to have Asher order a replacement. Now on April 20^th I called to see what was happening and found that the order never got placed. I give Asher a 1 star because the sales person (Steve) and the installer (Mick) were good to work with. Asher’s lack of communication, poor scheduling, and being good at passing the buck gets them a 0 star from me. I will never deal with them again and would not recommend there services to anyone.
