Best Buy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First I asked if they sell a filter for a microwave I purchased there and was told ‘No, you’ll have to buy it at another store.’ Later when I needed help contacting a manufacturer about a warranty issue they refused to help even though we had just spent thousands on all new kitchen appliances there. I will never set foot in that store again.

I’m on hold now for 15 minutes and counting. I purchased a Samsung tablet at best buy a while back… I have a simple tech question… The recording that I am listening to is telling me all about their expert service. The girl who answered the phone initially sounds very annoyed that I called. I’m hanging up soon… I need a new laptop and will not purchase at his store. The customer service is non existent ! 20 min on hold… And counting…

I like this store. Always have what I need in stock, the store is always clean, extremely helpful employees, and the products are decent price range. They sell name brand electronics, so they will be a little pricy(compared to knock offs), but they work. Although I have gone through there store many times, I believe the biggest purchase I’ve made from them was a Lenovo Ideacentre K450. I ended up going back and buying a bigger graphics card and power supply, so now I have the perfect gaming computer. The only thing I don’t really recommend doing at Best Buy is paying Geek Squad to install things into your computer. It’s great if you don’t know what your doing, but its $ 50 per item to place into your computer. I recommend finding a friend or a small business who will do it for cheaper. Someone helped me install my graphics card and power supply, otherwise, it would have cost me $ 100 to have Geek Squad do it.

Nice store but terrible service. The store manager joe mosel is dishonest. BEWARE!
