This applies only to their online store. I can’t speak for their physical locations. I recommend NOT ordering from their online store. My husband ordered for several hundred dollars worth of hardware from their company over a month ago. It took several weeks to receive part of the order and the rest was never delivered. I assumed it was simply an oversight and sent an email to them two weeks ago. I received a reply right away saying it had shipped that day. This was a lie. They had not shipped it that day. In fact I was sent the tracking information for part of my order that was listed as scheduled to ship over a week before that. But they only printed the label and never shipped it. Again I thought that was simply an oversight and emailed the company about it. Days went by and they never answered. So I emailed again. I was getting very irritated by this point. I finally received a short email saying they would look into it. Days went by and nothing, no response, nothing. If the person who was dealing with their customer service emails had simply checked the tracking with the initial email they sent me she would have seen immediately that the package had not been mailed that day as she claimed. In fact it hadn’t been mailed at all and was in limbo for more than a week. Still, I could write that off as simple human error. Several days went by after she said she was looking into it. More than enough time to pick up a phone and call the other store to find out what happened. It shouldn’t take more than an hour or two to track down our order that we paid for. After multiple tries being polite I was only able to get results after getting very loud, angry, and hostile. It is a sad state of any company that only responds to the angry and mean customers and leaves the rest with nothing. I feel the matter should have been handled right away and not forcing me to resort to angry emails to get attention. I finally received the items we ordered today, after over a month. But I will never order anything from this company again.

I have been in the store twice in the last week. First round, rang up wrong, and still ended up at service desk for refund because of an overcharge. Tonight, I needed help in plumbing. I could not get help, I saw 2 employees helping one person. When I did get help… I was passed of to an older women… who was very helpful! I was disappointed by the customer service. I have worked in retail many years and I understand the need to get things done, but I think customer service should never be sacrificed. Visited a Kmart store lately… prime example

Oh man, We may as well sign our paychecks over to this store… LOL We get everything we need for our house here, and they have AMAZING prices! LOVIN’ IT!!!
