The Verizon offices in Chippewa Falls have been closed making it very inconvenient for us as we live outside of Chippewa and driving to the EC store takes just over ½ hour. Getting there, we had to wait for over ½ hour — felt really sorry for people who arrived after me as they were waiting at least 45 min to over an hour. The sales people were nice, but unable to offer a plan that would meet our needs, so left after wasting a huge part of the day. Would really like to see an office in Chippewa again — never had to wait more than 10 min going there. With as much business as they are obviously doing, would like to see them put customer needs a bit higher on their priorities list.
