I would say this is the better bowling alley in Eau Claire (mainly due to the full-​service menu), but it’s still a mediocre experience. While they have taken quite a bit of money over the last year or two to improve things (bathrooms, bar, game room/​arcade, and new TVs for lanes), the wait-​service and bowling attendants are absolutely awful (especially when there for league bowling). It’s not uncommon for a waitress to just skip over a lane, forget an order, or get something wrong. The full-​service menu is great (prices are reasonable, if not slightly higher than a typical restaurant in the area), but just be sure to order your food and drinks at the bar.

I went here with a few friends to play pool and it was fine. The main reason for the one star is one of the girls in our group had brought a drink in and the manager very rudely approached is and told us we had to leave because of our drink and he walked away. It was very rude and he clearly didn’t care too much since he didn’t kick us out or take our drink. Our pool table also said that it was out of order but we tried it anyway and it worked fine. Why would that be. We didn’t know but I would only go here if I had nothing else going on and my friends begged me.
