This hotel is fantastic
The employees are helpful.
The rooms are very clean.
The rooms are large-​we even have a jacuzzi!
The location is central to so many things.
Will stay here again!

There are no positives to speak of, sadly. Well, wait, two: good location & friendly staff.
Cons:
Wi-​Fi doesn’t work, even after bringing it to front desk attention (I’m on the first floor, which I liken it to the basement)
Vending machine is right up against my room, which between people using them & the ice maker making ice, it’s been a noisey stay.
As another reviewer mentioned, the breakfast offering is very weak, although the coffee was pretty decent.
Room has a stench every time you walk in, but it doesn’t last once in the room.
Rooms are very small.
If I have to return to Eden Prairie, I will not be staying here.

It is a very clean hotel and it is nice but it is a small hotel. The breakfast area is tiny and could use some other choices. The rooms were really small not a whole lot of room to move around. They were also not very accommodating, We had several rooms due to a family function we were there for. They offered no discount for multiples, AARP or Government. They also wouldn’t accommodate a late check out. The front desk and housekeeping staff were great. I would stay there again but only for a night and not if I was in town for anything.

Excellent experience for being a best western! Thought I was gonna get an ugly room or terrible service which both were not the case. I guess this hotel is under renovations and the rooms are beautiful. Comfortable beds and soft clean linens. Wonderfully nice employees. Even hot breakfast everyday! Did NOT expect biscuits and gravy (expected more like old Danishes from the liquor store) so I enjoyed the fresh coffee and breakfast everyday and was a happy camper. 4 stars for not having an elevator and bringing 2 luggage cases, stairs = but overall great experience. I would go back there again.

This is my second time staying here. Rooms are still very clean and it’s relatively quiet. Nice TV (42″). My issue is that I paid for a hotel that guaranteed free hi speed internet or wifi and AGAIN, it’s not working. I can’t get my work done and here it’s midnight and I can’t seem to log on still. Walked down to the front desk and there’s no one there.
Just frustrating when you exchange your money that you promised to give them and they do not give you what they promised, which is internet.
Frustrates me.

We stayed here for five days, and every day for three or four hours our room smelled like raw onions. Also, the walls are thin, so the noise from nearby rooms was considerable.
