Clover Cleaners

Simply put… never again.

I am particular about my dry cleaning and repairs, and over time have tried almost all the other dry cleaners in a pretty wide radius between my home and work. Clover Cleaners in Eden Prairie is outstanding, and I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been going there regularly for years now. I almost take for granted the great care they take of my clothes since I use them so frequently, but it’s just never a worry when I drop off even very special or delicate pieces there. They are nice people, fast, and efficient. Many, many businesses could learn from these folks: how to deliver superior customer service, really «owning» their business and being complete experts at what they do. They’ve saved me a few times in emergencies, so I really appreciate that. The prices are good, so I don’t even know if they offer coupons or not. I just prefer the way they offer competitive prices without the hassle of having to find and present a coupon.

I have been using Clover Cleaners for nine years since moving to the area. They are the best cleaners I have ever used and if you are looking for a new cleaner no need to look anywhere else. (I’ve never shopped price so can’t comment on that but read on for why I don’t think you should bother looking elsewhere.)
I am very picky about the shirts being pressed correctly. Specifically that the collars are folded correctly at the seam (my pet peeve is when they are folded not at the seam so your tie sticks out from under the back of the collar) and the front is pressed flat. I have not had to return a single shirt to be repressed — they get them perfectly every time.
They also get out pretty much every stain I send them. I am always surprised at how clean things come back.
Their service is great as well. The same people have worked their for years so they know their customers and start getting their stuff from the racks as you walk in the door. (Not sure if this is family owned and people working there are friends and family but there is some serious longevity with their staff.) They will have stuff ready the next day and even the same day if you need it and get there early. They have also voluntarily called me on a Sunday when they are closed but still pressing shirts to let me come in and pick up something that I dropped off on Saturday but that I needed for a business trip on Monday.
I love to recommend businesses that deserve and these folks do.

I’ve only used them once, but right now they’re my go to cleaners. They were polite, my shirts were ready on time and well pressed, and the price seemed very good.
I’ll edit in the future after more experiences, but so far so good.
