Epic Nails

I went to epic nails for a fill and a pedicure on this past Thursday. There were only 2 people working then. I told the woman exactly what I wanted for my pedicure. She did an awesome job! My feet look amazing!
The older woman did my fill. 5 minutes in to it 4 ladies came in and wanted pedicures. Right then she started rushing through the service. Skipping steps such as buffing, using a gel base coat, and keeping my hands under the UV light for the required time. I have cuts, actually it’s from the drill, so I suppose it’s that she ground my skin off of both of my thumbs. :-(I did express my concerns about her putting massive amounts of acrylic on my nails, and the missing steps but she said not to worry about it. I don’t want my nails really thick. And they’re so uneven and bumpy. I’ll be going to get my money back today. I’ve never had such a bad experience getting my nails done. How disappointing!

Confirmed with prev Unilocaler Tiffany that they have moved across the hall. I guess I walked past them on the week they were in between locations.

Came in around 6pm on a weeknight for a full acrylic set. The children’s play zone is right outside their door and the noise was horrendous! Staff was friendly and service was prompt but that’s where all the positive things I could say end. He did very little filing and removing of cuticles by hand, rather using the power tools for everything. This resulted in over 17 separate cuts over my fingers. Now, two later six of the nails are growing out crooked– really crooked and four of the cuts were severe enough that the scabs are still present and painful.
I’ll not be giving them a second chance to destroy my fingers.

Super friendly staff! Accommodated 3 for mani and pedis an hour before they closed. They stayed late and did not rush to finish. Very clean, professional and did a great job. I would go back simply because of the great experience. Thank you!!!
