I’ve gone here twice for waxing services. The first time the receptionists were a little uninviting. In was really happy with the service tho. The second time I scheduled an appointment and they called me a couple hours before needing to reachedule bc the person was sick. I told them if I couldn’t get in that day I would go somewhere else. She quickly let me know I could see someone else at a later time. I showed up to uninviting receptionists again and then they decided to have me see yet another different person. I went in to get my wax and told her I like my eyebrows really natural. She totally overdid it and they were pretty thin. It also seemed really expensive for what it was. And at that price I would expect a high end quality salon experience. I won’t be going back.

I had a facial appointment with Sophie and she was awesome! All before the appointment, she gave me a tour, soaked my feet and sat down with me to discuss my skin issues. The facial itself was amazing — she was knowledgable and had very good hands. She even gave me a foot, arm and shoulder message to boot! Then when I told her I had lunch plans right after she offered to touch up my makeup. Very nice. My skin felt great for days — Thanks Sophie!

Welcoming experience from the moment we walked in. Friendly and personal service, very targeted to our needs. Super comfy massage beds. Exceptionally professional staff. Complimentary shampoo and blow dry after the massage was a unique and welcome add on! The only criticism I have is that they have you change in a small dimly lit room into a robe — there is apparently only one of these rooms and if you come with another person, they send you to changing room together. If you don’t want to share, one person is left awkwardly standing in hall. Would be better if there were a second changing room option. However the accommodating service more than compensated for this oddity. Recommended!

People are always friendly and inviting when you go. I’ve had great experiences with getting my hair done here! I love how it’s convenient to schedule and get in when you need too! I would have to say the only downfall is the prices, they are pretty expensive compared to other salons I have been too.

I love the spa services but have had bad experiences with the hair stylists.
I found this salon because I LOVE Dr. Hauschka products and wanted a Hauschka facial treatment. If you schedule a spa service at this salon, you receive a complementary shampoo and blow dry. But apparently you have to ask for it, the person scheduling my appointment didn’t ask me about it. During my facial the woman asked if I am also having a blow dry and I said yes I would like to. So she ran out to put me on the schedule (which cut into my spa time I felt like). The girl who gave me the shampoo and blow dry seemed very put out that she had to do it. I’m not sure if the salon reimbursed her for her time but she seemed very annoyed that she had to do it. AFTER I gave her a $ 5 tip (which was the amount I had decided on before I sat down with her and I almost didn’t give her because of her attitude), she was very nice.
I have always had a good experience on the spa side of the salon (facial, massage, manicure and pedicure) but have not had good luck with the hair stylists. I had my haircut once and it was just okay.

Christy is my new estitician! I have seen her several times now. The spa always greats you with a warm cup of tea, a hot neck wrap and more. I had my first facial last week and it was fantastic! Nearly 90 minutes of hot foot bath, facial treatment, arm and leg massage along with the complementary shampoo and dry. A great way to treat yourself in a very unexpected location.

A great place to relax, hide-​away, and get pampered. Emily does amazing facials and is great to chat with during services. She always finds an appointment that accomodates my schedule and is great to work with. I have also had a few wonderful massages at Future Concepts and highly recommend this service as well. To be honest, I do not love the hair and nail services, so I would go somewhere else for those services. But all-​in-​all this spa is a favorite of mine.

Go for the spa, didn’t have a great hair experience.
Hubby bought me a spa package so I could indulge before our first baby arrives (yes I have the BEST husband in the world)… so I was 8 months pregnant when I came to this spa.

Massage — by Jocelyn who did a GREAT job 5 stars for her! I think I may fell asleep! Being pregnant on a table, isn’t always easy to get comfortable, but I sure was. She really made me feel relaxed and didn’t talk too much during the treatment, a plus in my book.
Mani/​Pedi — 4 Stars, although my nails turned out fantastic, the spa chairs are kinda weird and the little shower head went off TWICE, spraying me once and another customer the other time. Not what you want when you’re trying to relax after an amazing massage. But like I said the nails looked great so I can’t complain too much.
Shampoo and blowdry — 1.5 stars. Shampoo has nice HOT water, not luke warm like other places seem to think people enjoy. Blow dry looked terrible, maybe I didn’t give enough direction to the girl but she put gel in my hair and used a round brush, when she finished I actually asked her «is that it?» then asked her to flat iron it. My hair looked like it does when its really humid outside… frizzy and sticky. I had a date with hubby that night and actually went home and showered to re-​do it myself.

WONDERFUL! I left floating on a cloud of relaxation. I want to live in the spa.
You start off changing into soft robes and fill out some paper work with your feet soaking in hot stone and warm water. I started the day with a 90 minute facial with Emily. She had a soft spoken voice and beautiful skin. We talked about my skin routine and she was very down to earth and friendly. They offered Dermalogica (i’m a fan) and Dr. Hauschka Skin Care which is organic and all natural. I then went straight into a 60 minute massage with Molly who worked miracles on my right arm, mousing on the computer injuries. She gave me probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Its been a year but Molly was strong and communicated enough without distrubing the moment. I went for the complimentary shampoo and blowdry post spa day. It was needed!
I take ½ a star away for not having any other water than plain (the princess in me loves cucumber water at spas) and another half for the lady who washed my hair who I did not get the warm fuzzies out of. BUT, I give back that said star because on your first visit they refuse to take gratuity. I had a lot of treatment that day and from the great service and friendly people I’d go back again in a heart beat.
