McDonald’s

Nice location. As a parent, I always love McD’s with play land. Service isn’t always stellar but it’s what I expect for fast food. They take coupons for the McD’s app, just scan it at the register.

Tried to give this place another chance. This time, I went inside instead of the drive-​thru. BIG MISTAKE. This McDonald’s is disgusting. I literally couldn’t even stomach my food because the restaurant was so filthy. My mom witnessed a worker stick her head into somebody else’s bag of food and breath all into the bag as she was yelling at another worker. Every area of the place was trashed, including all the tables. The ketchup dispensers and one of the ice dispensers were empty. The ketchup squirted all over my shirt when I tried to dispense some. We reported it being empty; it took them our entire visit to finally re-​fill them. There was only one guy there that was legitimately working hard. The rest of the workers were standing around doing little to nothing. I felt bad for the hard worker, as he ended up doing EVERYTHING (wiping up our table upon request, taking orders, fulfilling orders, etc.)
I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s in a lot of different areas. This is, by far, THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Very disappointing.

I ordered the sweet tea, which I was excited to have because it sounded really good. However it was not sweet and it was barely tea. Even watered down coke would have been sweeter. I tried to inform the drive-​through attendant that it was clearly not sweet tea, but he argued back saying that it was in the sweet tea container and was therefore definitely sweet tea. Unable to get my point across I left with my bitter, watery, disappointing regular tea. In conclusion, if u want to buy something that is close but not exactly what you ordered, this is the place for you.

Worst of Eden prairie… Service is slow and rude. I don’t expect much out of a McDonald’s in general but MY GOD! Every experience I’ve had here since moving to EP has been beyond irritating.

McNuggets are life. End of question. Service is alright, good fast food compared to other places in the city.

This McDonald’s is near my house so it’s convenient to go there. We usually do the drive threw though. Today it was hot out so we wanted to do ice cream and have our 5 & 2 yr old daughters play in the play area. HUGE mistake! Arriving I saw pantyhose laying in front of the ordering counter. It was there when we left 30mins later also. The guy taking my order did NOT speak 1 word to the 4 people in front of me nor myself. He didn’t say hello, welcome, can I take your order… ext. he just looked around till u gave your order. No thank u or goodbye or anything at the end. I ordered 2 cones, 1 M&M mcflurry, & 1 Reese’s mcflurry. My order was ready & I pointed out to the guy who made them that 1 is Oreo when it should be m&m. I giggled because it’s a simple mistake. He turned around to rush to fix it & I told him it’s ok I don’t mind Oreo. He insisted which was nice of him. Truly it didn’t bother me though. We went into the play room & not 1 table was cleared & a heavy smell was overwhelming. We wiped off a table & tried to push through the stink so our kids could enjoy their ice cram & play. Well we lasted 25mins before my fiancé told the manager that it was filthy & smelly in the play area. It smelt like a mix of hot garbage, sweaty feet, & old food. She looked at him with an attitude and annoyance vs concern. Someone came in & looked around 5mins later. They just mopped 2 small areas and left it at that. Did not wipe down any tables, take out the trash or mop everywhere that was needed. We had to leave after that because the tiny thing he did fixed nothing! We tried to submit a survey that was on the receipt but it kept timing out on me even though I was moving along quickly. We don’t want anything free. What we want is to make sure when children are around that they are in a place that is as sanitary as something like that could be. That when they sit to eat there are tables cleared of other people’s food & germs. The way it looked it looked like they maybe clean the play area 1−2x the entire day & by that I mean take out the garbage. Won’t let my kids go back because management didn’t seem concerned at all. How can we enjoy food with such stench also? YUCK

One star because I dislike fast food in general and Mc Donald’s is fairly the worst out of all to me, I try not to eat until and unless I have no options but one thing I enjoy from them is their egg and cheese biscuit with jelly! So therefore would give them 2 stars

Slowest service in the area for late night food but after 1am on Sunday its your only option. Three cars left just waiting to pay for food. Save your time and money and eat at home.

We ate breakfast each of the days we were at Eden Prairie during our trip. This is a newer style McDonald’s, part of a large shopping area around Prairie Center Drive and Flying Cloud. Service was pretty quick and the volume of customers pretty steady both times we were here.
Teenage boys hung out at the McD’s late the one Saturday evening and I have a funny story to share. After eating, they were tossing their trash and putting their trays back, when one of them accidentally toppled a stack of trays above the trash can. Instead of picking them up they ran to a door across the way in such a hurry that one of them hit the glass wall by the exit, mistaking it for the door, then fell back.
So boys, next time you go to McDonald’s and drop all the trays, do the polite thing and pick them up. In the end, you look dumber if you run away.

Speedy service. Friendly and helpful to a mother of three. Opening doors for me carrying my tray and even getting my daughter a different toy. A true gem in the city of Eden Prairie

My first 1 star rating, this place literally doesn’t understand how lunch breaks work. They must assume that everybody has hours to spend at McDonalds in the middle of the day. They sure aren’t fast about their service. I waited 15 minutes for my order (that’s half of my lunch break). There were 8 empty trays on the counter awaiting their orders while the drive thru obviously took priority over those of us shmucks that were dining in. I included a photo of all the empty trays as evidence, just ridiculous.

I dont expect much when I go there but I expect minimal customer service and a simple thank you. Too much to ASK for I suppose.

Nice restaurant since they remodeled. Quick service and standard quality food.
Free WiFi which is convenient.
Big play area for younger children. Separate room contains climbing tubes and seating area for parents.
