Metropolitan Veterinary Referral Services

I have been meaning to write this update for a few weeks now. As I said in my review of Dr. Goullaud from MVRS, my beloved dog passed away in Feb. I am writing this follow up as I want to let you all know how amazing and wonderful the entire staff was to me and my husband during our beloved dog’s hospitalization and death. They were so kind. While she was hospitalized (4days) they put up with me visiting as much as I could. They were so wonderful with my dog (Shih Tzu). I could tell she was well cared for. When is became apparent she wasn’t going to make it, I felt such compassion and understanding from the entire staff. The first night she was there I was only allowed to visit her for 15 minutes as she was so critical. I knew that the nurse on duty had already figured out my dog’s personality. I left knowing my dog was getting amazing care and attention. They were so gentle with her, even after she was gone. They truly helped us through an extremely difficult time.
