This is my second review update of this Pizza Hut location. My initial review was 4 stars; my first update review gave it 2 stars. Our past several orders with this location have been well-served by the staff here. I still think their pan-style pizza is excellent. On the down side, their $ 10 Dinner Box now costs $ 12. That was a blow, but I still think it’s a great value in the pizza realm. For $ 12(plus tax), my wife and I have food that lasts for 1.5 meals(one of us gets a second meal out of the leftovers). Between the two of us, that’s 5 meals at $ 12.75, or $ 2.55 per meal. Considering you’re eating out, that’s a great deal.

My two most recent experiences with this store will be my last. They totally missed delivering to a kids’ birthday party that my son attended, despite the order being placed the day before and they were absolutely unreachable during the hosts’ attempts to figure out where their order might be. Tonight my wife placed a simple online order for delivery as soon as possible. 45 minutes later she called and was told we’d be waiting another 40 minutes or so. Unacceptable. She asked if we drove to the store whether pizzas might be ready. They told us pizzas would be ready within 15 – 20 minutes so I decided to drive to the store and pick up our food. About 15 minutes later, as I was about to turn into the strip mall hosting the store, my wife called me to tell me our pizzas had arrived. Good news — the order was correct and hot and tasted good. Bad news — the experience was lousy. There are no fewer than 20 pizza places within 5 miles of this location. Choose one of those if you want prompt and/or reliable delivery service.

Show up and all the employees are hanging outside and my pizza hadn’t even been started because apparently the cook left… at least I got free bread sticks. If you’re not in a hurry this is the perfect spot for you.

Ordered two pizzas for my family. Driver arrived(late) and was extremely high(and his pupils wire like pins). I asked him a question and he just stood there and looked at me until I repeated it again. He said something that did not answer my question. I called the store to report the drived and was placed on hold for 12 minutes then I hung up. I will never order from this store again. Was not happy I payed for luke warm pizza delivered to us(in front of my children) by a high delivery guy. HORRIBLE

Absolute worst service. Ordered a pizza mid day, was told it would be an hour. It’s been an hour and a half and still no pizza and no local number to talk to someone. Phone gets answered by a service in FL who can only give me $ 5 off my NEXT order. There will never be a next order. She stated they have a ten minute window past expected delivery and it’s well past that time with no pizza and no resolution. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in ages.

Do you know how you remember something and you think to yourself, «How awesome was that way back when… I should get that now.» Think again. After living in another state for many years where there were no Pizza Huts, and being new to the area so I am unfamiliar with the places around me, and being super lazy and not wanting to go out for food(or *gasp* cook)…I decided to order from Pizza Hut. I remembered fondly eating this many moons ago and actually liking it. This is not that same pizza. I, too, ordered online, selected a coupon and hit submit. Promptly returning a confirmation with a 98 minute wait. WHAAAAA? I was hungry. I rustled up a snack and decided to let it ride. After 113 minutes had passed, I tried to call and check on the status of my pizza. According to my map, the store is but a 5 minute drive from my house. I got a call center and they said they would transfer me. It rang and rang and rang and then disconnected me. I called back and got the message that the wireless customer I was trying to reach was temporarily unavailable. HUH? I tried three more times with the same result and then SUCCESS… well if you define success as getting a live CS Rep from the call center on the phone. He says he can’t make them answer the phone and«they is probly busy, lady.» Oh the joys of speaking to people via phone. I asked him if 1.5−2 hours was a typical delivery time and he says«sometimes» but says his computer says the pizza left the store 6 mins ago. And when I am deciding — should I argue with the CS Rep and frustrate myself some more(remember I am hungry and now slightly cranky) or let it go and find alternate sustenance in my meager cabinets — the doorbell rings. YAY — Pizza Hut cheesy deliciousness is here. The young man at the door breathlessly exclaims that they were swamped. I ask with what — it there a game today that I am unaware of? NO Was there some event that they got a massive order for? NO So, just because I can’t stop myself and I am now quite cranky I say how were you swamped? «Well we got 7 whole orders that came in at the SAME time!» I cannot even continue the discussion. Even cranky me knows not to continue so I take my pizzas, hand over the cash and head into the living room. So for the actual food: Their new big box with 2 separate pizzas, cheese sticks and pizza rolls with marinara sauce and some sort of Hershey bar dippers that I had a coupon for. It was all cold. Not even luke warm — C-O-L-D. the cheese congealed and the bread/crust was so dense I found myself chewing for so long that my jaw hurt. Even my 5 year old nephew wouldn’t eat it. So I tried to nuke it(big mistake) and eventually fired up my oven and reheated it into MEH-pizza. So disappointing. The pizza rolls have some sort of garlic butter and herb flavoring that comes off on your hands and lips as a thick powder that does not taste nor smell good. The cheese sticks weren’t even edible upon reheating as they were so dry and gross. And the dough for the Hershey bar desserts? The exact same as the cheese sticks(and presumably the pizza). Hello PH? Desserts should be light and fluffy — not dense and so greasy that the box leaves an oil mark on the counter. But you might like them if you lick off the topping(chocolate and some sort of crunchy bits) and leave the bread behind(that’s what my nephew did, giving it a thumbs up). I highly suggest you find another pizza place. I usually give a place 2 tries before I write it off, but PH you are dead to me.

Ordered online because phone recording says«ordering online is fast and easy.» It’s not. I did order online. Then, my email confirmation stated 120 minutes for delivery(yes, 2 hours). I called the store number listed in the email confirmation and was transferred to Tennessee. Asked about time of order and they confirmed 2 hours. I asked to cancel. They tried to transfer me to store, but I was disconected. Tried a second time and got TN again… Ugghhh. Finally got someone at phone transfer and cancelled order. Was told it was a long wait due to «Wing Wednesday.» Who waits 2 hours for a dinner delivery? Poor staffing or delivery business model.
