Stieg was referred to us by our lending agent after we asked to be put in touch with a realtor who would be a good fit for first-​time homebuyers. Our lending agent indicated that Stieg was someone that he would recommend to any homebuyer, but that he would be especially good for first-​time homebuyers who were looking to receive impartial, unbiased, and honest advice throughout the process. Stieg met and surpassed those expectations from the time we met him all the way through the day that we closed on our house, and even well beyond that point as Stieg has stayed in touch with us to offer advice and feedback as we’ve been getting settled into our new home over the past couple months. Stieg was extremely responsive to all of our requests to view houses and answered all of our questions honestly and clearly. We were very appreciative with Stieg’s patience throughout the process, and we always felt as though he was there to support us in our efforts to make the best decision that we could. If it wasn’t for Stieg, I’m not sure that we would be in the first house that we are thrilled to be in today.

Stieg was an amazing real estate agent that went far above his duty to help us find a house. We were moving from Fargo which limited the amount of time we had to look at homes. He always adjusted his schedule to help us. His expertise in knowing local communities helped us find a great community to live in.
