Northwinds Supper Club Restaurant and Banquet Hall

Tuesday = $ 4 burgers. Excellent. Order some! Very good service. Pleasant and calm.
Worth it.

We live about 30 miles away and like to go 4 or 5 times a year on special occasions. Last time we had the Harvest Salmon and the petite filet. The filet was tender and could be cut with the edge of a fork. The salmon was delicious. Both dishes came with great sauteed vegetables. We each chose the potato skins which were also delicious. There was a choice of three soups or salad. French onion is a regular and then there were also two other soups. The spicy barbequed chicken soup was indeed spicy but good.
Service is always very friendly. Atmosphere is great for antique lovers. Lots of old farm items as this is a country setting with a pond and several bird feeders.

I visited the north winds supper club while passing through on a trip up north. I had no interest in eating at a fast food joint and figured I could find a supper club somewhere in central Wisconsin to feed me. I was not let down.
The bar area had character, but I headed straight to the dining room. The menu had the standard fare, and I went for the shrimp scampi. It wasn’t your traditional shrimp scampi– lots of citrus-​ey flavors. It was all right. The service was pleasant and quick.
We headed to the gift shop after dinner and picked up some fudge. It was so good! Although I can’t say I’ve ever had bad fudge, the fudge itself takes my rating from 3 to 4 stars.
3 stars for food, 4 for service and atmosphere and a bump up for the fudge.
