This Tim Hortons has to be one of the worst around. The employees who work there run around like a chicken with its head cut off… disorganized and rushed. I think the managers have been taught to run this store like a Chinese sweatshop. There is always an issue with my order… items missing, wrong orders given, etc. but this morning was just classic. I order through the drive-thru and order a bacon, egg, and cheese on a muffin with a small Pepsi. The woman tells me $ 4.79…I say thank you and proceed to the window to pay and pick up my food and drink. When I get to the window… a gentleman handed me my Pepsi and said have a nice day… I sit there in my nicely heated vehicle(20 degrees outside) perplexed as to why he just handed me just a drink and not my breakfast sandwich. I sit there for literally over 4 minutes before anyone came to the window… obviously they noticed me because there was a line of about 25 cars behind me. I finally get my sandwich with a «sorry for the wait» like this happens often. Needless to say… I will not be going back. They need to start to focus on the quality of the service and not the speed of the orders going out. I also find it amazing that you never see the same employees week to week. I think they probably quit because of the sweatshop like setting.
