The technician was in my home for an hour and I was billed for 1.5 hours. When I challenged the bill, the owner said the GPS showed the tech at my home for 1.5 hours, to which I responded the tech could sleep overnight in my driveway without my knowledge — that doesn’t mean he is actually working. The contractor refused to service my system after that. Arrogant jerk. On another occasion, I was charged for replacing the air handler control board and the thermostat at premium holiday weekend rates, before the owner, and presumed expert, determined what the real problem was — a broken wire between the air handler and thermostat — $ 1300 for the owner(expert) to leave me with«replace the thermostat wire.» Cute.
