The Edgartown massacre of 1862 still haunts these streets. Giant crabs rising from Lovecraftian depths to consume mortal flesh. How the tables have turned on those horrible crustaceans.

Cute and quaint seaside village with a decent amount of niche shops and restaurants. We stopped by to check out the lighthouse as well as the captains row with all the cool seaside houses. Such a beautiful place to do a little biking in the late afternoon. We also noticed there was a wedding reception at a local church. A nice place to visit on vacation!

Beautiful, vibrant, seaside town with lots of cute, kitschy, little shops. During the off season few stores are open other than Toccopurro Coffee House, the Wharf Inn, and the News From America restaurant. On the other hand, in the off season parking is available and the crowds are perfectly bearable.
