My property manager used these folks– I have no idea why. $ 112.46 to «inspect tub», and another $ 112.46 for«drain blockage»(another area). One price for everything, I guess. Flat fee for everything–«fix» something, inspect, or pick nose. Fixed neither problem. Told renter tub would have to be replaced to fix problem. Could not find problem with washing machine drain(incompetent) first time out, and problem had fixed itself when came back again. Renter told me «they did absolutely nothing». They charge a lot, for doing nothing. I’m in the wrong business, I see. Do not use these rip-offs. Call a competent plumbing service instead. I wish I could give«zero» stars.

I have used Mr. Rooter once to fixed a water pressure issue. I was talked into purchasing the«Advantage Plan«which should give you priority scheduling, preferential pricing, periodic specials, and a few other perks. In the fall on a weekend, I had a water leak in my front yard where they put in a new pressure relief valve and despite calling several times and leaving a detailed message that I had an emergency, no one every called me back. I even contacted the toll free number and spoke with the customer service who also could not get in contact with anyone locally. Maybe the reason they don’t charge extra for nights and weekends is because they will not answer the phone or call you back. Called at 6 pm last night and got voice mail, so I called today during regular business hours to fix a clog in my swimming pool skimmer line but they don’t help with this problem.
