I purchased a big deal from Angie’s list for four recessed lights installed in our kitchen with a dimmer switch. The deal includes standard lights, but we paid extra to upgrade to the LED lights, which look great and need a dimmer because they’re super bright. The LED lights have a really nice finish to them.
The guys were done in less than 2 hours. They brought a large dropcloth and kept the area clean. They were extremely polite and professional, scheduling was a breeze, and I’m keeping them on my short list of favorite contractors.
They’ll be back to my home to install a lighted address sign. The same guy came out and gave me an estimate and explained how he would do the wiring. He was very thorough, not condescending, and he explained it in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve also had great experiences with their front office staff. I had to call back a couple of times because I wanted to add some options to the light. The staff is efficient and responsive and makes sure the electricians understand what the customers are requesting. They always got back to me on the same day.

Finally got a job finished. The job started in December. Let me say that the field electricians were fabulous. Very accommodating and professional.
The office staff, on the other hand, well, the office staff rates a 1 rating. They kept telling the electricians that there was an outstanding balance, even though they had cashed the checks in December.
I would hire any of the electricians to do a project for me, I would not trust the company staff to do anything
