C & C Nail Spa

My friends and I went in there yesterday at 4:20 pm to get our nails done. The man asked if we could come back. He said that they close at 5 and was not friendly. I told him that if I leave I would not be coming back. He said that was fine with him. My friends and I left. This was my first time here and my last.

I have been to this nail salon twice now. The first time I had a great experience. The woman who did my mani/​eyebrows was really nice and gave me a parafin dip on my hands. However, the second time I went back, the experience was confusing. When I walked in, there were two technicians there and they were both already working on customers. I signed up for a mani/​pedi and waited while two more customers walked in the door. Eventually, one of the technicians set me up at the pedi chair with my feet in the water. Yes, it was nice for the first five minutes to relax, but after sitting with my feet in the water for a half hour, after the same technician left the lady she was working on to help one of the regulars who came in after me, and after I was completely ignored and wrinkled from waiting, I decided to leave. If you’re too busy to help me, just tell me to come back. Don’t leave me to stew for a half hour and work on people who came in after me. I just thought it was rude and confusing. I won’t be back, which is a shame because the lady who helped me the first time (who wasn’t there the second time) was really great. Oh well. Too many other options to keep trying here. PS. I think this nail salon is now called C&C Nails.
