I was rear ended in an accident in March that caused almost $ 3,000.00 damage to my 7 month old Chevy Silverado. Classic Collision was able to repair my truck flawlessly using genuine Chevy OEM parts. I was extremely concerned that the truck would never be the same, but I cannot find one issue with the repairs and I am as demanding & picky as they come. Classic Collision dealt directly with my insurance company which made the process very easy. I’m lucky that I have not had to deal with my insurance company in regards to an accident for a very long time so I was not familiar with this new streamlined process of getting the estimate and repairs done so quickly. Thank you Classic Collision for your professionalism and the great job you did repairing my truck. As much as I have enjoyed doing business with you all I hope I never have to step foot in your establishment again!

WOW! Insurance estimated the repair at $ 2021, another repair shop said they couold repair the car (using some used parts) for $ 1600. Classic estimated not knowing we had the insurance estimate or another estimate. They estimated the repair at just under $ 4000!!! I was shocked to see they were almost $ 2000 over what the insurance company came in at and $ 2400 above the other estimate. I see other reviews about the great service and repair but for almost double the insurance company estimate??? I guess the service is good because the are so very overpriced.

I was involved in a collision before christmas. Insurance told me to go here and I was extremely impressed! I got my vehicle 2 days early than expected, fully stock parts and even balanced and aligned for free! Not to mention a nice bath! The staff was very friendly and understanding to my misfortune. Highly recommend!

This is the best collision repair company that I have dealt with. I have been here a few times with a couple of different cars. They always go above and beyond.

I was recently reear-​ended and the dealer I bought my car from recommeded Classic Collsion for the repairs. My experience with them was great — they made the arrangements with the onsite rental car company so a vehicle was ready for me when I arrived. The customer service was excellent — regular communication until the parts came in, friendly service when I was there. To top it off, they cleaned my car inside and out –it looked like new! So, saved me a trip to the carwash. I would highly reommend this business!

If anyone remembers, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an auto collision sometime last year. The body shop that took care of my vehicle was absolutely horrendous. Well, here comes version 2.0 except with a happier ending.
I had the pleasure of hitting a semi-​truck brake casing at 70 mph that was sitting in the middle of the left hand lane at 1100PM at night. Talk about fun nights! After talking with insurance, I told them where to take the vehicle instead of using one of their «registered» collision centers and I was so glad I did. This is the body shop that Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Annapolis uses for all of their body work. Since I purchased my car there, I went with them.
The repairs took about two weeks as they had to wait for some parts to come in. I’ve found out that no matter what needs to be done to your vehicle, it will always take about two weeks or so. Lisa kept me updated with everything that was going on with my car and walked me through all of the financials as well as set up specialized options that I had requested. I wanted to go with a slightly cheaper tire than what my insurance was billing me and they had no problem adjusting everything as well as purchasing the other three so I had a full set.
After the initial inspection when the car was finished, I saw a couple things that didn’t look right and Roy was more than accommodating in getting the issues taken care of right away. I only had to wait a day for them to be fixed! Talk about getting things done efficiently and exceeding my expectations! After having an accident of this kind, you know your car won’t totally be back to where it was when you first bought it, but CC does a real good job of making everything look like new.
