We went there today as a family and I was the only one, fortunately, that ingested anything from this place. My family wanted frozen yogurt but when we tried the samples they were extremely sour. I really wanted a milkshake and got the cookies and cream milk shake. I’ve been sick all evening. Don’t know what is going on there but would recommend the health department check this place out.

They messed up the order for my daughter’s first birthday party. I had even called the night before to confirm that it would be ready, and it was not. We also were unable to get a refund for the missing cupcakes because they didn’t know how. I was told a manager would call me, but he never did. I called back to check and was told they didn’t know where he was. He just never came in like he was expected to do.
The girls behind the counter were friendly, but my daughter will never have another first birthday, and it was very upsetting not to have a cupcake for her (or the other children) as had been planned and paid for.
Update: They have the cupcakes ready and are refunding the price of the cupcakes for them being a day late.

While I am an avid fan of Cold Stone, this store in particular needs an overhaul. Last night was the third time in a year that I’ve been to this shop and have left without ice cream. The service is deplorable. I stood at the service counter, while the only two employees bumbled their way to making a mans order. In the ten minutes I stood there, I wasn’t even looked at. No one said hello to me, no one even smiled at me. I was ignored for this, one person. And, while he had a big order, it should have had one person to attend him, not the only two people on staff. I left, and I’m never going back

Ever throw away a hot fudge sundae? We managed to throw out two. We opted for the frozen vanilla yogurt as our base. C’mon this is not a new product. It was grainy, off colored, and had absolutely no flavor. The hot fudge was neither hot nor fudgy. I suspect opening up a bottle of corn syrup and adding it to my depressing bowl would have resulted in the same taste profile. Pecans and peanuts? Yes if you like stale, soft nuts to grace your already disaster of a sundae. Saved many a calorie that day.

Our visit was tainted by clearly dirty counter, tables, and floor. My kids were jazzed to be there so we went ahead with ice cream orders, but I regret doing so given the questionable cleanliness we observed that day. With a (model) Sweet Frog across the road, we haven’t returned.
