This company was extremely fast when we needed our cylinders changed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them up if I needed them in the future. And GREAT pricing as well. Thanks again!

Had scheduled a lock change with this company for an eviction process. The sheriff’s office asked if we were going to get our own locksmith or if they should bring their own. Sheriff’s office said their locksmith would cost about $ 100.
So I did some research to find out how much it would cost to bring our own locksmith. Called this place and I was told that it would cost $ 24.50 as a service charge for a technician to come out plus it would start at about $ 35 to change a lock.
So with this said, I decided to bring my own locksmith.
The technician was half an hour late. Once he came he said it would cost $ 120 for labor cost plus $ 55 per lock. I was taken aback by the cost and hesitated with him proceeding with the work. As I stood there debating and tried to discuss with him as to why it is going to cost so much more than I was told earlier, he said I was wasting his time and that if I didn’t want the work to be done, I would still have to pay the $ 25 fee of him coming out… I’m wasting his time? He’s the one who came late.
I called the company to discuss as to why he was charging me more than what they told me. They asked to speak to the technician and when he got off the phone, he said he would give me a $ 15 discount. I just told him to go ahead because I wasn’t going to pay him $ 25 and wait for another technician to come out because I had already taken time out from work. While he was doing the job, I called the company to send me an invoice. They told me to discuss with the technician and said his price was right and that he would provide the invoice…
After his work, he wrote me an invoice.
$ 110 for 2 locks.
$ 120 for labor
took a -$ 15 discount
and said he wasn’t going to charge me $ 25 for service fee (which I thought was already included in the $ 120)
Whatever.
Total came out to $ 125 + $ 15 tax.
Also, the invoice paper says ²⁴⁄₇ Lock Smith Service.
Very displeased with the way pricing was discussed but technician was cool…
