First time ever coming here. Sales associates were friendly I found what I was looking for & was out in less than 5 mins. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do this at one of the Old Navy stores at the mall.

This is another place id really like to love since its close, but i just feel extremely overwhelmed when I enter this store for more than one reason. 1) The fake people scare the hell out of me when you first open the doors, also throughout the store, especially the fake kids. 2) The kids section is a CATASTROPHE! Its so disorganized & things are everywhere. And they dont have many choices. 70% more things you can find online. 3) The women’s selection is limited. I wish they had more choices, they have exactly the basics. A couple sweaters, a couple dresses. A large amount of workout wear and a small section of shoes. I only come here when im desperate. The 3rd star is for the employees. They are sooo sweet and nice! Have very good manners for the most part.

This store has gone down in every category! It use to be that when you came here, the store wasn’t big enough. You would found yourself going thru every aisle, just to make sure you left no stone unturned. Now I don’t know if it’s me, but their style of clothing has changed. You walk in, and there’s this big area to your left. After walking around, all the shirts are the same. Not like 2 – 3 rows, like 5 – 6 rows. Then you have the different colored shirts with the weird necks. So you walk in the aisle after that, and it’s this huge sales rack. After that, there’s a row of ugly clothes that SHOULD be on sale, and then youth. What am I suppose to find here? Everything from the designs to the actual size has went down. It’s like shopping for«Preppy Goth» style. If you’re into skateboarding, they have a ton of those tight ass jeans too. Not for me! The women’s section is huge… I felt like walking over there. Those jeans would’ve looked better on me than the men jeans.

I am not an Old Navy fan and this store did not change my opinion. The store has the warehouse feel and feel a bit messy and disorganized. I never thought that they have good quality stuff. I still prefer their sister store BR even though BR is bit pricy than Old Navy.

I’m so done with Old Navy. Aside from the store ALWAYS being a mess, the clothing has just fallen off as far as quality and availability. I’m a 12⁄14 and I need my jeans in a Tall. They only carry«short» and«regular» in stores. Finding a «tall» is like finding the proverbial needle in the haystack. On top of that, the sizes have gotten much slimmer. I fully admit to ganing some weight, hence the need for new jeans, but I shouldn’t have t try on a pair of jeans 4 sizes up because they are cut so narrow. I tried on the«Rockstar» style and they fit. I tried on the same exact style but in their cords. I tried a 10, 12, 14 and 16 and guess whch one fit? NONE. They were all incredibly tight and not flattering at all. Even at home I have this problem. I have 10’s and 12’s that fit like a glove and I also have 12’s that are too big and I’m constantly pulling up. WHATGIVESOLDNAVY?! Get your act together and maybe you’ll gain me back as a customer.

I hate shopping at Old Navy… I really do. The main reason is the crowds/hoards of people who arrive, especially when there’s a special/sale. I was there when they priced-out $ 1 sandals and the store was packed with families filling their carts with these sandals… even though there was a limit for 3 or 4 per person, people still tried to purchase 8 or 10 pairs. Considering how hellish this place can be and how long the lines can be, it’s amazing that the sales associates and managers can make the place look decent. I sometimes have to go to this place for last-minute gifts and keeping everything tidy makes the shopping situation a much easier event to deal with.
