If I could give this company 0 stars, I would, because that’s exactly what they did for me: 0 things. I contacted the owner, Ray, about moving my studio about 2 weeks before my move. He quoted me $ 200 and I told him I wanted to move at noon on the 28th. He asked me to email him the details and I did. He called to confirm receipt of the email, but he never emailed me back. It seemed easy enough; in fact, it seemed too easy. Every time I tried to get a hold of Ray with a question or to confirm the date, I was met with voicemail and typically didn’t get a return call for at least 12 hours. I was getting a little nervous the day before the move because I hadn’t received anything confirming my move plans, so I called Ray and, miracle of miracles, he answered and I asked him if we were a go for noon the next day. He assured me that everything was set and said he had just sent out email confirmations(which I never received). The big moving day arrived and noon rolled around. Nothing. Then 1 pm. Nothing. So I called, got voicemail and left a message. 2 pm. Nothing. I called again and left another voicemail. 3 pm. Nothing. I called Fischer and Sons Moving and booked a move with their company for the next day, called Open Arms, left a message(naturally) and said not to worry about coming, I had booked another moving company and I was disappointed with how unprofessional their moving company was. It’s been over a week since I moved and I still haven’t received a call back from Open Arms explaining why they never showed. Thankfully, Fischer and Sons came through where these guys completely failed.
